Orders

1.  How to Place your Order with Us?

Place your order for your item on thefurbox.com. Choose the product which you need and then enter your shipping address and payment information. Your chosen product will be delivered to you at your doorstep. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order. Contact us if you need any help.

 

2. How will my order be delivered to me?

We will dispatch your order through a reputed and established courier company who would be responsible for delivery of your order.

 

3. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Upon receiving confirmation for payment we will send you a confirmation over email  from Thefurbox.com confirming your order. All the details related to your order can be found in the email

 

4.  Does Thefurbox.com take orders over phone?

No . Orders can only be placed online by visiting our website www.thefurbox.com

 

5.    Money was deducted while I was trying to placing an order using my Credit card / Debit card or Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check with your bank or credit card issuing company to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally returned back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to speed things up. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Net Banking 2-4 business days

Debit Card 5-7 business days

Credit Card 7-21 business days

For all transactions in foreign currency standard transaction charges and conversion rate to INR will be applicable.

 

6. How to check the status of your order?

All orders placed with us will receive an email at the time of confirmation of your order. These will contain your order details. You may check on the website of the respective courier company for the exact status of your order. In case of any doubt please Contact Us

 

7. How should you Cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch over email as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please accept delivery and then Contact Us to initiate a return and refund. Please do not open the packet if you are cancelling the order. 10 % of the final invoice value would be charged if a package for an order that has been cancelled has been opened.

Please courier the same package back to us and your entire amount will be refunded back to you. If the courier company is unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 over and above shipping costs and taxes would be charged on the refund amount.

 

8. Want to place Bulk Orders?

You can place bulk orders by sending a request to our email trade@thefurbox.com. We will check your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

 

9. Gifting Someone Special. Will they receive the price tag and Invoice?

Yes. The law requires that all shipped products have an invoice with them. Tags also need to be left intact so that a product can be returned if there is a problem with the product.

 

10. Are exchanges allowed?

Exchanges are allowed. Please Contact Us for how to go about it.

You will have to courier the same package back to us and let us know which product you would want in exchange.

If there is any price difference in your chosen product, you will have to pay the difference. If the amount is lesser than your previous purchase then we will send you a Discount Voucher for the leftover amount which you can use on our website for future purchases.

 

11. What if I need to add more Items to my order? Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

No items can be added after the completion of an order. A new order would have to be placed.

3. Do You offer Cash on Delivery Services (COD)

No we donot offer cash on delivery services to nay location

 

4. Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. All prices are inclusive of all taxes  in India . However for all items shipped to addresses outside India all local taxes , import duty and customs etc will have to be paid by the buyer at  the time of delivery of product to the courier company.

5. What should I do if my payment fails?

In case your payment does not go through and it fails, please ensure all details entered are correct and the retry. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can get in touch with us with your order number for any clarification.

 

 

SHIPPING

1.  Do you offer Free Shipping?

thefurbox.com offers absolutely free countrywide shipping in India on selected products. However for products to be shipped outside India nominal courier charges are applicable at the time of placing the order. All the local taxes ,customs, import duties will be borne by the buyer at the time of delivery

 

2. What is the Time taken to deliver an Order?

Delivery time for an order may vary from city to city.  The product will be handed over to the courier company within 3-4 working days from placing the order. We do not have control over courier delays caused due to natural causes, like bad weather or acts of war, terrorism, riots , earthquakes flight delays political disturbances a, customs clearances and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please bear with us and we will get your order delivered..

 

3. What are the days fubox.com Delivers?

We deliver on all business days.  Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

 

5. Can products be delivered faster?

No. All products will be handed over to the courier company within 3-4working days and the courier company will take its standard time to deliver the product.

 

7. Can Delivery Address be changed after placing the order?

 Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

 

8. What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

 

9. How do I track my Order?

After placing an order on our website your will receive a confirmation in the form of an email. After the Order is shipped you will receive the tracking number and name of the delivery partner. Visit the website of the Courier Company and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

 

10. I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What should I do?

If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

 

RETURN 

1. How to Return a Product?

To return an item purchased on Thefurbox.com you need to Contact Us within a period of 15 days, from the date of order. 

We will raise a return order number and you will have to courier the product back to us. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

You can return a product by following the steps given below.

a. Place your item in its original packaging.

b. Please mention your Name, Order Number, Return Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice

c. If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly 

Damages due to customer neglect, improper usage or application will not be entitled for refunds under our Returns Policy.

 

2. Can you return a part of your order?

Yes. You can return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order

 

3. Any Items which cannot be returned?

Yes. All items that have been purchased on discount will not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect which is bought to our notice within 15 days from date of delivery. Items which do not meet the following criteria will not be returned

a. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.

b. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

c. Any product without a valid, readable, unhampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

d. Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

 

4. How long will the return process take?

Once we give you a return order number you will have to courier the package back to us. Depending on when we receive your return courier which may vary depending on the courier company we will take another 7 days to process your refund, after the product has undergone quality inspection.

 

Refund

 

1. How will I receive my Refund?

All refunds will be in the form of store credits. No cash refund will be given. After we confirm your return we will email you Discount coupon equivalent to the amount you paid. This coupon can be used on our website for your future purchases.

 

2. How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds in the form of Discount coupon are given within 5 days of Quality check after we receive your courier..

 

3. Do we provide a pick up from home or reverse pickup?

No. At the moment we are not providing reverse pickup. We will enable this feature soon. All products that have to be returned will need to be sent to us by you through courier.

 

4. Where do I return my product?

All products need to be returned to the address given in Contact Us

 

5. Are shipping charges refundable?

No. Though we do not charge for shipping, if you have paid these charges for any product which was eventually returned then the shipping charge is non-refundable and would not be included in the refund value of your order.

EXCHANGE

1. How to return the current Product?

Please courier the same package back to us and your entire amount will be refunded back to you. If there is a price difference between your current and previous product you will have to pay the difference. If your current product price is lower than the previous product the balance amount will be given to you in the form of Discount Coupon which you can use on the website for future purchases. This is because we are unable to refund part amount of an order.

 

2. How soon can the exchange take place?

Exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned item has passed product inspection. It would take 4 working days after we receive your product. In case of any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed by email.

 

3. My exchanged product is of lesser value, what happens to the rest amount ?

If there is a price difference between your current and previous product you will have to pay the difference. If your current product price is lower than the previous product the balance amount will be given to you in the form of Discount Coupon which you can use on the website for future purchases. This is because we are unable to refund part amount of an order.

 

4. What are the charges for Exchange?

There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original product and exchange it for another product. In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount. If there is a price difference between your current and previous product you will have to pay the difference. If your current product price is lower than the previous product the balance amount will be given to you in the form of Discount Coupon which you can use on the website for future purchases. This is because we are unable to refund part amount of an order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?

Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products is not greater than the amount you have paid previously. If amount is more than you will have to pay the difference.
